If you're concerned about restocking fees prior to ordering please contact us and provide the sku's you're ordering, some basic information about your order, and we'll be happy to give you a concrete answer. Ordering non-stock items and certain large volume drop ship orders are examples of events that may incur a restocking fee. It is our goal to never charge a restocking fee however, under some circumstances we may levee restocking fees up to 20%. You will never pay for our mistake! If you have a return as a result of mis-handling or mis-shipment of your order you will never incur a restocking fee. Some Clearance and Outlet items may not be eligible for return. Special Order, Made To Order, and Custom Products are ineligible for return. Several types of goods are ineligible from being returned. Since we are unable to resell items that have been installed we do not accept returns for previously installed merchandise. It must also be in the original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If 90 or more days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange but rest assured that has no bearing on any warranty related issues. We know life happens so our policy lasts 45 days and 90 days for our Reward Lighting Members.
